While altering the settings in our guild, i noticed on typing "/gc info" that two abililties in the ranks were "deposit" and "withdraw". Are these in use, or do they refer to the one day coming "guild vaults"?

Dont know exactly when the guild vaults are coming but i think the Withdraw/ Deposit refers directly to the ability of delegating vault duties to guildmates, you are right.

Guildvaults will come with the guildhousing...
Which isn't implemented in US yet, but will probably come sometime in August/September...
