Warrior template

After countless of tries I have kinda given up finding the items that could fit my needs.

Im looking for a Warrior template that has the following things:
- Guard of Valor
- Maddening Scalars
- Crocodile's Tooth Dagger
- Guthlac Great Shield
- (Shades of Mist)

What I expect is:
100+ str
80+ con
75+ dex
50+ qui

Good resists, decent HP and capped melee skills.

Sof if anyone has a template meeting these requirements then please do post them! I dont care much about what other items you used in the template. However a template with ROGs wouldnt be of any use.

Made another warrior template, with Feathered Wrap though, but I got Croc Dagger in!

Had to drop Ceremonial Bracer however.
