Oppinions and suggestions for improvements will be highly appreciated, please note that this i 1.89, and as such, BP items are available and ToA items are worth close to nothing(300g for plaited hair of malamis etc)

Small point about melee resists.

You are warrior = mid chain = slash resistant, crush neutral, thrust weak.

You have 21% thrust resist so thats only 11%. You have a 3% energy resist gem in there, I would make that a thrust resist gem and maybe make that 5% and drop 3 points in con or qui or something. You might consider just swapping a slash resist gem for thrust resist because no sensible enemy will attack you with slash weapons, even if you have just 20% resists...

What race are you? 68 qui might be a bit on the low side, although it depends on your playstyle.

im a dwarf, but in the melee resist department id have to agree with you, small oversight on my behalf, so thanks, the 68 qui is without any weapon etc, and we always run with auger and red haste buff, ill have 221 qui fully buffed, and with celerity running with twohander its 1.7 swingspeed, though, without cele its 2,7.. but i think ill stick with the current apart from the energy..

No offence but for the items that it does use its still quite bad... theres utterly no point in loading up on all of these items simply because they will be "Cheap" when bp items are available.


211 total quickness on a dwarf warrior with your template stats (Thats not including quick at creation or any + from a weapon)

7% melee speed (Not that amazing for someone with 211 total quickness IF none of the weapons you plan on equipping in your 2h slot have + Quick or + speed... you'll hit quite slow compared to what you could hit for with a more balanced template :p)


I have no template to offer you and my advice is quite limited as i don't play anymore.

get your melee and style bonuses close to cap, or cap them even. GOLM ftw!

Get your melee ToA bonuses as high as possible tbh. Try GoLM as already mentioned, and for gods sake.. Get 10% melee speed! It makes a noticeable difference..
There are plenty of theurgs around, and if u wish running alot of FG, you should do soemthing about the spirit resist.
Last thing; Shawl is only any use if you are FG only. It's no use in solo at all, even tho it looks cool, which is the only reason to take it. You might as well take Feathered Wrap instead..

And i found this in your helmet, which u might fix if it isnt included: Constitution (Cap Increase): 0 ??

Hehe, yeah, ive redone it now, will have 228 qui now total, and lowest resist(spirit) is 19, with celerity and 20% haste running twohanded swing will be 1.7 spd then, which is fine, this is mainly for grp play, it would be easier making a good template if i had included any sort of weapon/shield, or whatever theres combined between malice/cw, but as it is, i cant think of any possible to make it any better than it is atm, unless i start including weapons, which id really prefere not too..

many thanks for the inputs, but even though i fiddle and refiddle with template, it just wont come out any better.. might just be me though

The low utility ring is quite bad in my opinion. I think you would get better utility from using neck of cyclopian stature and a resist ring such as Zahurs or one of the new BP ones. WH is more important for a heavy tank than any other arti as you have many toys to prevent caster damage but not so many to stop tank damage.

maybe.. but.. Midgard neckie has 80% effective UV, i need all the resists it gives.. so infact for midgard tanks, thats the best UV item ingame :l
