Warrior style question

Going for 50/50/28 (sword/shield/parry).

Is it better to:

engage - block - frost cut - njords (Stun) - round the back - 2H - ragnarok

or

engage - block - brutalise - 2H - round the back (ooer) - ragnarok

Does anyone know how long the njords stun is compared to brutalise and slam?

To reply to my own post (/farm) here is another q:

If I put a charged effect on a shield eg Stable Fire Adamantium Tincture 35 Direct Damage Instant 68 Heat 1350

Is it insta or is there a cast time? The heart of the question is: can I get an insta caster interrupt using this method?

Its never that clear cut in normal rvr, maybe if you get a 1 v 1, but just hit and then use reactional styles after.

And the charge will be instant, out of combat.

Brutalise = 9sec

If you absolutely want to use engage:

Engage -> Block -> Brutalise -> 2h -> Frostcut -> Frostcut -> Frostcut etc
