Could be alot better...

Change necklace to begin with. Do the hauberk have a uber proc? If not change that one to.

Overcapping dex with 18, shield with 6, and parry with 3... should consider to change some items that has these things in it.

And get some items that overcaps str, dex, con.. and I would raise your quickness.

What are the name on the 1h axe and the shield?

Well, tbh give it a fiev more tries...
I'm not sure which artifacts would really be usefull in pve. Winged Helmet is one of those, since it has that 10 min run abillity. I would like to ask you if you think Belt of sun is something you really need? I realise it's fairly easy to get and even more easy to level up, but it has a low util and the only special abillitys on it are a "30 sec melee resist increase" which is fairly useless imho, and the create wapon thingy. Now unless you are going to use the sun weapons, I'd toss the belt out - you can get nicer belts from TOA quests.

Harpy's special abillities also don't work in pve, so the only thing that cloak is good for is the +5% melee speed. Perhaps SOM then?

Malice for the weapon perhaps (i presume you are axe specced, base on your template)? Altho, I don't know you so not sure how hard that would be for you to get?

Anyway, like Urme already said, you overcapped a lot of things and in order to get more out of your template, try to bring them down closer to the cap. Waste of "imbu" points otherwise.

Since you already capped shield and -18 on dex.

Winged Helm are not giving you 20AF .. only 10AF.

You said you had Magma infused defender.. you got completly wrong stats.. here is the correct ones:

Getting there but now you have too much in crush? overcapped for 30?

Imho, take the Ring of Spun Silk off (you already have enaugh crush resist), try replacing it with the seven coins TOA quest ring perhaps?

Take the Skjold bracelet off, again becaouse you already have enaugh crush resist from B. R. Stone (keep this one, high util). I presume you'd rather take that off instead of the TOA cloak (for the looks ).

Try and find a nice TOA bracer, perhaps with some toa bonus (melee speed, or damage or something?).

Keep at it some more, you'll get it there (as frustrating as it might be at some times). It'd be a shame not too, since artifacts do take some effort to level - might as well put the same effort into making everything click in your template.

Also, you get bonus from what is equipped, and you only have 2 hands (weapon+shield) so having a ranged weapon won't give you the bonus since you won't have it equipped (as in hold it in your hands).
