im not too bothered about quick being low when holding ML10 studdied because I just use weapons with qui on them... Technomancer Blade, Pictslayer weapons which fixes the issue also got 4 shields! Dragon shields and pictslayer shields.

I got told by a few in guild that having 1 crafted in temp for warrior is crap

Its alright for the 5% chance it takes to proc to be honest.

You just suffer more on stats, your not playing assassin so that quickness is way too low even when you pull out a 2H, i know you say some weaps got Quickness on them, but that just doesn't make it weaponless then
