Warrior Help

Rolled a Kobbie warrior - was pleased with the block and parry rate but obviously the damage wasnt great. Rerolled a troll warrior - block and parry rate were predictably less but the damage didnt seem any different to the Kobbie. Kobbie was sword shield. Troll is hammer shield (in both case max weapon rest in shield). Both using NPC armour and weapons. So now im tempted to go back to the kobbie and be a block monster for a group.

My question is - if the troll has far superior strength why do i not see the evidence of this in damage output?

Re-roll the Kobold again imo. Although, Trolls can go up to 345 str when buffed but in further patches str can go over 400. But I dunno my troll warrior pretty much sucks but that's just mine, not others.

Btw, saw some screenshots of Somberlain ( Kobold warrior ) doing some really nice dmg in RvR

btw will also need some help transfering some money and armour from my troll to the Kobby if anyones around Aegir at about 16:30 gmt

And if any friendly crafters would be kind enough to make me some shields and swords to see me throught the early levels iwould be very grateful and of course pay you for the materials and your valuable time (please help with this - i've spent ages sat sending message in Broad stating my requirement and not getting any answer. I wont ask more than once every half hour as i hate spam so this usually means alot of waiting round. I appreciate the higher level stuff is more beneficial both to your pocket and to your skill but really find that some good crafted stuff goes a long way towards making leveling far more enjoyable.

question - kobbie - fast dagger type weapon or slow bastardsword type weapon - im assuming dagger and thats what im using

I am trying slower weaps atm to be able to get different styles in.

And if you are looking for a guild, try to contact an officer of the IA. Most ppl are welcome within our guild.

i went sword as alot of the moves chain off block - could always respec to axe at 20

opinions?
