Not neccesarily needing caps but...

Due to contrary belief and rumours you CANNOT !! BUY respec ALL SPEC LINE stones as some people <and a lot i talked to believed> thought u could do. Now yes this IS posted in the patch notes HOWEVER there is bound to be some people who dont read the notes, or skip through. And some people may not read Freddyshouse BUT u might know them on MSN. I say warning because some people may think like on Gorre u can try lots of different specs out on your character.

Now if this were to happen on a big scale , a lot of people will be screwed epsecially as stated customer support cannot do anything about it. This would in turn lead to an influx or incredibly high prices on CM's for full respec stones and we dont want that

So plz note this and tell other people who might need to know.
