Used to happen on the Demon servers, thought it was just a bug with them, maybe it was. Not seen that in a while though.

its probably old, the script is just one line....

its part of the name bug on servers, i myself have inadvertently crashed a few BW's by having a long name, wasnt until i started to realise what was doing it was i able to stop :)

that was baffling tho, as i joined the server crashed because i had a long name, but some other servers didnt...

anyway that exploit im not sure wether it works now, and im sure if it did there would be many many little runts doing it to bworld and others....

Yeah i remember something like that, this wanker kept on Changing Sides and using the Opposing Skin, and killed everyone, when we shot him, nothing happened (Invincible?) this one had everything...

then there was one where when we killed him, he would come back playing on the server (straight away)

i tell ya, them two cheats really pissed me off...

I've seen that recently myself. He does die if you shoot him :D, but if he changes team, he is invincible, as friendly fire is off.

Lol i remember it well, i got so feckin pissed off with him i got the biggest gun i could buy (probably a MP5 - coz i lost all my damn money) and i shot him, and he didnt get damaged....... then when i seen it had no effect... i *tried* (Yes lol i tried) running away, but the Git killed me... then he went to the other side and done the same

Ive had this demoed to me on a BW TFC server - it was kind of a "i dont believe you, proove it"

The whole server lagged, noone could speak, there were no messages shown on screen etc.

Then it all went back to normal.

I dont think the invincinble thing happened though.

myg0t have a webby and they're the biggest cheating clan ever lol. I aint going to tell the URL (but it's quite obvious.....) because the place contains cheat downloads and I don't wanna advertise cheats.....

Unfortunately myg0t have a silly disclaimer on their site, about how they dont do anything illegal, yadda yadda. So it would be rather hard to take the site down, it also has about 5 mirrors all of which will refuse to take the site down. So its pointless trying to get rid of the site. Which is a shame, but oh well....

There was a guy using the skin hack and wall hack last night on the BW open servers - seems once again they have worked hard to piss us all off.:puke:
One of the guys took screenies etc but usually its too late, they did get his wonid as well - but me thinks this cheater has plenty of wonids.

I am annoyed at the sudden insurgence of new cheaters though :(

It's quite stupid as the new OGC has a file that creates random file names so anti-cheat programs can't find the files it's looking for. Who'd think something so simple would be so cunning :(

We need more admins!!! Make us all admins... then we can ban EVERYONE!!! Bwahahahahaha.. aha, erm, yea, ... *cough, hackhack, cough*.

BTW the invincible skin thing was part of the spectator hack, and that got fixed with the last patch. Basically you would log on as a spectator, press a combination of keys, and change team without dying. You can't do it now though.

Yes I do agree - UK gamer.net seem to have admins in every bloody server, even though I don't like them much they have a good montoring policy.

And the cheaters are usually french - is it because they were so lame in WWII ?:m00:
