Havent been able to find it after I got tiered of DAoC ;/
Tried a few games now after DAoC, but can't realy settle with any of them.

Now I have ALOT of sparetime and a cheesy sleepingpattern.....



Anyone have any sugestions on what MMORPGs I could give a shot? (dont say wow, can't wait that long... June if Im lucky.. lol)

not rpgs but call of duty will make you go "FUCK ME BACKWARDS" if uve got a proper pc. The Russian stuff in that is shit-hot, makes the beach scenes in medal of honer look pathetic, never seen so many "npc" friendly and enemys moving around. Its not the static gfx that blow u away its all the shit thats going on and hideous numbers of corpses and explosions

Far Cry has some nice looking gfx.

Try a walk in the Shadowlands expansion of Anarchy Online. It is actually very good. AOs weakness lies in a rather boring combat system compared to Doac's. And for some players the lack of the standard 101 high fantasy world is a drawback too.

But real life is much better, more satisfying to level in too

The trouble with levelling in Real Life is that you carry on levelling regardless... I occasionally find myself thinking it would have been nice to have been able to spend longer around level 20, since it was much easier to explore and have fun. Once you get above level 21 you have to dedicate far too much time to farming cash, which can become quite a drag after a few levels!

Doh, real life sucks..

Kinda boored with that tbh, once you get past level 18 and all youre friends start to commit to things... like going off to study etc it sucks.
And its not fun to just hang around either, so you can't call youre buds to hang around somewhere. (Unless its on the weekends and beer is involved)

So its booring as heck. (Sitting around watching TV with youre friends and working isnt realy fun either) Guess I could buy a pool table or smt, or start with some sport but... ;/ oh well the pool table is accualy a good idea only its kindof costly for someone who is an assistant teacher

BF is prolly crap, I think they ruined the game with the first expansion making the airplanes go so ultrafast that its impossible to controll them and making the tanks even more unbeatable (when driven by someone decent) then before.
So thisone prolly extands that and makes it even worse... I bet they introduxed proximity mines?

Farcy... hmm never heard of that unless its a RPG with fance gfx, heard some crap about it tho but might give it a shot

UT 2004, just DLed the demo, made me rember why I did'nt like the first version of UT.. Would rather stick with CS its at least 10 times better, or if you are more the hardcore fps guy I like quake 3 acualy... at least its better than UT... still...




Will give EVE a shot right now tho, saw the wabby and apears its a free download with a free trial? nice..

have been playing bf vietnam past few days and i gotta say it's mucho cool. they have really captured the jungle-fighting feeling. choppers are awesome and there's nothing like putting 'ride of the valkyries' on the vehicle radio with the huey gunship and fly around scaring the fuck out of everyone

but bf 1942 and vietnam are awesome games to sink time into if ya looking for a single player i would reccomend call of duty if ya on a budget get mafia or GTA vice city will take u a while to complete them

Was referring to improving skills, not increasing physical years.
