Wanted: NON TOA Friar SC setup

Would like to cap the following:
STAFF / 39
PARRY / 19
CON
DEX
PIE
QUI
SLASH
THRUST
CRUSH
BODY
Using 99% +1 MP Arms if possible, if not as damn close as it will get.
the rest is moot and can be worked around with self buffs and other stuffs..
using any drop other than TOA, cant be arsed farming Artis atm... just want a good solid Diamond Farming set and other PvE stuffs...

yes i leave on friday.. as that co-incides with my saturday appointment for my next chemo session with all the drugs and other shiz they gonna pump into me....but my brother is willing to SC my armor for me but doesnt do leladia's thingy... atleast if someone posts a temp here he can reference it and get cracking on it..and i want everything done so when/if i come back etc.. its all ready for me to carry on etc.. and its more than likely he'll be running around with ele to pl his lowbie crafter up some aswell...
