Not only does it suck major balls. Kenyan's aren't fast, they have a specific region in Kenya where the people dont have any transport thus run everywhere. It means they have insane stamina hence all their long distance domination.

SA aren't that great a team, Bar Bars showed that on Saturday. Expect the Kiwis will kick their arses in the the Tri Nations next year as well. Habana had a couple of runs but was easily covered and got crunched a few times. Great game.

My statement is regarding a region in Kenya which produces great long distance runners. I am referring to a country. I did not mention at any point "oh yeah, all black people run long distances easily".

What a silly statement. of course they are a great team. They won the world cup.

As for the topic in hand. Blacks make better sprinters because of their bone composition. They have smaller bones, which makes for explosive power.

You are probably correct. Im only going off what my old rugby coach told us after some black lad had scored 12 tries in one much against us and we were all like "fuck, hes fast". Maybe its a combination of both. Mind you, it was a team from Salford so he was probably used to running away from the police.
