You could look on the the server info for a contact/info setting. You'll proberbly find a page about playing 5.2, like what you've found.

Bring back BETA 7.1 and previous versions.
ever since v1.0, CS has become the center for cheaters.
What we could do is to leave CS as it is and use it as bait to draw the cheaters away from other games to keep other games clean of the cheating cunt's
