I found one with my necro when i was doing the epics. It was so funny, an ellyll jumped me and after i killed it it dropped the belt. Maybe i should sell it (depend on offer i guess) or keep it for another char as it isn't good for necro cause of the thrust resist (and also having a really good rog belt).
