Want To Buy: Level 40+ Piercing Weapon

I got around 500Gold, would like a Piercing Weapon with:

High Quality: 99%+
Proc: Lifedrain would be good, not needed tho.
Level: 40+ & 45+
Weapon Speed: As slow as possible! I cant keep up when its so fast.

Hehe, thanks for the items Aiteal, i love the Piercer. Shame i cant make it proc, i might go out to find that Zogg. Its so fun when stuff procs!

Dunno if you still read this thread....but the reason you cant get weapon to proc is most likely because you arent high enough lvl to make it proc. When doing shift + i on the item, it will have a level requirement on it, you need to be at that level or higher for it to be able to proc.
