Yeah on the one hand a nerf and on the other hand an improvement, because I think removing the buffcaps will improve a troll zerker greatly.

Overall it will be a nerf I suppose, but I am curious to the results. Can't wait till a zerker hits me again (that I would ever say that lol)

I hope to break 300 dex on my friar anytime soon and perhaps gain some hitpoints.

Anybody know if caps from baseline buffs are removed too?
