I dont see what people miss about OF, first off dont get me wrong, I loved OF, it was fantastic for 8vs8... but thats was all... it was either take a keep or go hunting in a fg... nowadays you can keep take, you can tower take, you can roam as a fg, you can roam as a duo... and -drum roll- you can also roam SOLO! I used to run solo in OF and lets face it, you were just a Big Bag of Free Rps for the first group you ran across... NF gives more versatility to the game I think. Okay, so I was just eager for a laugh in my earlier post, so I apologise for that, I just dont see what the huge loss NF was to us.

it would be a real dull world if they didn't, some people liked OF because it was more to their taste and others liked NF.
Besides I think it's much harder to find Fg fights in NF.
Bridges are just as bad as Milegates if not worse e.t.c I could go on forever.....But NF also has it's ups I think

i miss the frontiers i knew where to go (mostly) without a map, and that i recognised the names of those i fought against.... i would probably remember names in NF too if i had liked the game that much as i did in the "old" times... in other words im not playing too much anymore, my GF on the other hand recon it as a good thing ^^

I think its the human nature to always look backwards and think they had it better in past Nothing strange...its like that with all things. Just look at all the people that were in military service, they seem to forget they waded knee deep in mud, cow shit and what not, and 1 year after they sitting there telling everyone how good it was and that they miss it Or people playing comodore games and saying hmmm..these games were so good!!! awwww...wish i could come back to the first time i played them again!
Only thing NF gave us that was different was more tools and a bigger place to play with, which if handled right is a great thing. But then people choose there own way how to use it...for example just using crau bridge and surroundings as area to fight in...then it gets a little boring. But on other hand i remember it being just the same in OF alot of times, zerg coming to same place etc...
well just my opinions
