Please note that this is not a customer support channel nor is it the correct area to discuss the membership package.

Please look elsewhere in the forums if you feel the need to publicly comment on this matter, personally I'd suggest you emailed your comments directly to the Barrysworld STAFF as opposed to spamming the general discussion forum for Barrysworlds paying customers.

we're all customers fella - you just look a little silly bleating at the staff in the general discussion thread for the customers, i.e. whining but not actually conveying your concern to the right people - which means as per usual your bleating will go unheard :rolleyes:

Oh no the volunteer news posters didn't post anything over the weekend!

Why could that be?

Ever consider that the games industry on whcih they report works a 5 day week like most other industries? Hence there is little or no news for them to report on, or nothing worthwhile.

Think things through before posting rants.

I preferred my explanation TBH, it was a hell of a lot freindlier. He is right in pointing out he is a paying customer, and does not deserve to be abused (not specifically you sar) by people who are not.

Firstly, I would like to apologies for the verbal treatment you have had from the above. It's a disgrace and I am going to start proceedings to ban the offenders.


Secondly, yes, our newsies have not been updating the columns as much as I would like and I have just sent them an email giving notice that their services are no longer required.


Finally, as a gesture of goodwill I will arrange for your subscription to Barrysworld to be refunded with interest (at bank base rates).

Madcow - As you can probably make out from the list of spam above the news service is not a service under the Subscription banner, as far as i know we have no plans to offer such a service either.

I could express my opinion in #barysworld but there is never any1 there to listen. All im saying is I wasted 24 quid on a service I dont think is worth it and most important of all I wouldnt recomend to any1 i know (at the start I got 5 of my friends to sign up).
Part of the reason I payed the money is the fact BW said they would ban cheaters and bot users from all servers yet if you try to find an admin to do this you migth as well head butt a brick wall.
Why were the BF server down for 36 hours yesterday!
I think they dont actually care about the service they run.
I am sorry if I have upset any 1 but I was unable to find a complain buttton any were on the barryswolrd main page
just a support button and bussiness emails so I chose this forum becasue it was there.

P.s Ono you should write a book your post was highly amusing

Another part to my point the Webpage is the Flag ship all gamers visit gaming sites ADvault, Bluesnews etc etc if people are not visitng the site as it never gets updated they wont click on the subcribe button and we get left to play on servers with 2 other players.
