Hey fellas ...

been trying to farm this scroll on camlann and having some diffuculty -
Vision of sages lists a mob from which it drops but a friend of mine insists it drops from the naxos Waylayer mob as he says VoS has already updated for NF and that whatever is listed there doesnt kick in for a week or so ..

I would go with him on this as he obviously wouldnt lie but afaik Ive only been able to locate 1 single waylayer mob who spawns in the sanctuary area .

Was wondering if anyone else had got this drop off any other mob ? Another friend reckons the trumpeter also drops...

if it is the waylayer...are there any other locs where more of them spawn as waiting on one with a give rate of a tinker sucks ...

any advice / tips ? used 7 water pots while camping this guy for a full day and he didnt drop ...

yeah just hover above the reff with the 3 trupeters and mass kill em you will get it in end

To be honest, farming specific scrolls is a mugs game. If I where you I would go farm in ml2 dungeon, then you have a chance for your scroll to drop, and if it doesnt at least youll have plenty of scrolls to sell at the end of the day and can just buy the one you want...

yep, there is an island that drops every scroll from the water area's but best bet is to farm trumpeters

Got mine friday night after killing trumpeteers 9k 24k meso on top a rock lots there, dropped in 2 hours

Trumpeters ftw mate. Just that sometimes it can take up to 5 hours (tested) for it to drop.

The trumpeter I have killed is the single one on top of the rocks in the santuary ( beside the stormbringer pop )

you say there are 3 together ...any loc off hand ? couldnt get on VoS..

The trumpeters is more than one on top of the rock, Just need to kill others also as they take trumpeter places, You see they spawn randomly, just keep killing everythin on top of that rock and you will be fine...

btw i think it is a skyros waylayer and just before i logged i was at a spot were three spam dont know how i found it but i have pretty good idea ill lead u there on weekend mate,and yea pretty sure that there are 3 trumpeteers on top of rock but u are talking of spot were there is a bridge with guro,s monitor, and tracker between territories that spot aint gr8 cause there only one waylayer and 1 trump,, c ya at weekend ne way..

9k 24k meso there is a stand alone rock on top were 3 trumpeters amongst drifters and stormbringers thats where i hunted with my hero. Got the drop in 2 hours.
