I was called a retard.

I reported the post. The word retard was not removed. The person using the word was not banned. I asked in the post if using it was a bannable offense.

I could not get any response apart from this

I tried sending jupitus a calm PM asking exactly what he said but he wont reply. (his only other comment about retards in that post was a quote about someone who was offended by it)
