Fileplanet seems to be bursting into flames at the moment, I've never seen them take such a thrashing.

The new Wolfenstein AND Half Life AND Counter-Strike, we're all doomed.

Everywhere is totally maxed out.

Even used Getright to try several servers, everytime a user slot becomes free it's snapped up by the next user, DAMN!

I'm looking at my 2 FilePlanet windows and now have 561 minutes to wait, yipee!!

I just might get both downloads by the end of the day, either that or Fileplanet dies or my machine dies or I die or all of the above!!!

I'm gonna get some breakfast, hmmmm, canteen food, yummy!!

I had heard about this queue thing in file planet so i thought i wouldn't bother trying there. After seraching for ages to find a place to download i thought i'd give it a go.

After a few refreshes and slow page load i managed to get to the download page. Fileplanet must have take about 10 mins in total before my download started. - No queue, just slow page loads and i few retries on my download manager

Took 3 hours to download - but there you go

I just used ftp explorer and kept clicking on the BW FTP till it connected me. It never takes long that way (3 mins at 8:10 last night actually.)

FP was total wankery just after they bought in this new queing system, but now they've freed up 2ce as much bandwith and have the introduction of personal servers. So Recently I've had little waiting getting files at all. Either straight away or after a maximum wait of one minute.

I'm fine with it now, and get annoyed at people boycotting gamespy because of it (wankers)
