What is the aim of the template exactly? You have very nice hits but its not that special otherwise. You don't seem to have many toys.

Also the 5th Slot is not included on this template so its harder to tell what improvements might be possible.

swapping shield is for tower campers wich the VW isnt desighned for, try some different things and you will see 75 dex and decent hits are possibel.
