well I'm not from the netherlands where the "accident" happened. I still remember that the factory was in the centre of the city ..
I think you can guess the rest..

Yes, it happend a couple of years ago in a Dutch town called Enschede. I think around 20 people died, some idiot decided to set fire to a warehouse which stored fireworks (official company, but they stored way too much).
The voice on the video says that they show the true strength of the 2nd explosion by showing it in slow motion. You can see how the roof tops are blown away.
