Does anyone know how to disable Vsync on a v3 graphics card?
ive been told this *may* be the cause of a problem im having, the tearing of graphics when im playing qw, can anyone give me help with this ta

Disabling vsync causes tearing.

If it's enabled and you are seeing graphics tear (where upper portions of the screen are out of alignment with lower portions) then disabling it will not help.
