If that's the ring i think it is (will have to check next time i log in to daoc) i'm pretty sure it dropped off of siab waterwalkers or whatever they are called. (those siabs walkin about near the bears in the bog). I could be wrong tho

thanx. gotta be either a specific spot or a really uber-rare drop for BW's though, I did those from 38-44 and never saw one (though i have enough phantom gems to build a house)

Well it dropped after about 5 pulls on the waterwalkers in a grp i was in. But perhaps i'm just lucky. I have a bit of a reputation for gettin a lot of the drops easily.
