hibs can use lumi neck and soulbinder belt now iirc, one of the things they added when they added the new rings and bracers for each realm they also allowed mid/alb to use warshadow bracers etc.

Not true... Only spell pierce cloak / necklace / Potent Deathwatcher Chain / Ring of Tarka / Dragonscale Bracelet and the others with spell dmg bonus.

And no LDN for mid/hib
