One suggestion, if you are running windows, make sure you go to start menu->settings->control panel->sounds and mulitmedia->then click 'show volume control on the taskbar' ->double click on the little speaker on the taskbar (bottom right of screen, should pop up/stay up) -> check the 'microphone balance' and make sure the the it is unchecked, that the 'mute' check box is unchecked, for if it isn't, they will not hear any sound. Well, if you have a mac, good luck. This is what fixed my problem anyway.
The in-game voice stuff seems to be shaky at the moment. I can't get the mic test to work in the settings menu, even with my mic un-muted and up full in the windows sound control panel. A shame, since it makes life so much easier in a team environment.
Incidentally, I wish you didn't have to leave the mic unmuted, feedback is nasty A better way would be to have T2 unmute the mic whenever you hit your talk key, and then mute it again when you let go.
