Can I bind specific voice commands etc to specific keys, like you know, every other game, or is that not possible in BF ?

I would also like to know how to do that,
Such a pain for me, my key-board is black plastic, and my key-board is in a funny place, so it don't get much light shined on it, so i often press the rong F-key, and usally say something like, Enemy Ship spoted, on level with no ships.

I doubt you can, unless there's a way to mix some of the commands. I'll have a play with the conig settings and see what I can come up with.
