So many threads give the URL for www.visionofsages.net for good ToA details, however i am unable to access this site (Forbidden) anyone else having this problem, or is there some sort of registration for the site?

Additionally, is there another site that has details of artifacts/ML's etc?

No the site is down for maintanance atm, due to all the 1.68 changes supposedly.
