i "Bought" fraps, its good with a good spec'd pc

trail version only captues 15secs

if you "buy" it

use Windows Movie Maker / VirtualDub to compress them/encode em into small files with little data/quality loss

as the files created by fraps and written directly to your HDD, they're REALLY big files.
