video record files?

Hello all,
just a small question:where can I find the files containing the video records I did before as I want to delete them or to send them to a friend after I've watched them?

Normal CS demos should get put into your cstrike directory with the extension .dem

HLTV demos get put into the halflife directory with the extension .dem

This is where mine go anyway
