video cd help please

hi all .......

i got a prob..........

i can burn vcd (after encoding them 4 the burning programe)but no matter what i do the last 5 mins is all ways missing

any idears peeps .......

some system spectsssss.....

Althlon xp 2000
512 ddr rab
64mb Geforce 2 mx400
sound blaster live 5.1
2x 20 gig H/D

i'm using instant video version number 2.2.4

hope some 1 can help.....

i always use "nero burnig rom "with no problems
download the trial and try it

get an 80 minute cdr instead of 74 minute?

cut the VCD in half and spread it over 2 CDs

What i would recommend is that you download and use the proggy 'TMPGEnc' ( version-2.56.39.143 is free). This allows you to convert and cut any mpg or avi file. Split the movie you are trying to convert into two files and burn them using Nero.

I downloaded TMPGEnc split the file encoded ......and burned

but still the last 5 mins is missing ........
what do u use 2 burn the file on 2 a cd please..........

I use Nero to burn, could be that the file you downloaded is incomplete. Ive downloaded the odd divx file that had a few minutes missing from the end.
