Not gimped but not uber, not really place for them in 8 v 8 so unlikely to see a vid unless it's a solo vid.

i thought a fop bb is already a must for soloing, and they dont stack..

heretics can fully buff themself except for dex/qui tho so isnt really any use for a bb

As walo said, can fully buff yourself apart from d/q, all you need to cap is a krojer dex ring charge, self-fop and focus shield will be decent in rvr, and op in pve

Compared to the other cloth melee hybrid, valewalkers, who cap out at ~565 AF, 27% abs.

Shield spec and access to both PD and AoM too.

Perfector is gimped unless for farming toon though, other option is banelord .
