It used to be fairly normal...but as Kaun said, ppl dont pharm it anymore coz of toa easymode(gov > TvoD for most ppl)

If you are still looking for the Tempered vest of delusions, i do have one.
Unfortunaly it has dropped to 98% con but still has 100% dur, never repaired. so should be fine
