VERY defensive pala spec... Burn it in hell?

50shield and 42chants might be ok but 6slash and lots of parry will only make hibs/mids happy.

Personally i would never go THAT defensive... even tho palas are mostly used to protect others i still like to fight from time to time

my current spec is:

42 shield
44 slash
46 chants
rest in parry

Best spec imo is 50 shield (50 shield style brutalize is kickass), 46 chants (best end, heal and dmg chant plus best af buff) and 39 slash (descent WS and back slash the level 39 style), 0 parry (dunno why. but i think u use shield more when speccing less parry. like.. u concetrate more in ur main defensive skill.. maybe isnt like that but this spec rocks). tho can only spec like this if u autotrain to level 48

and higher weapon specc so you have higher weaponskill in order to actually block and parry more makes MUUUUUUCH more sense tbh...

your own ws has fuck all to do with your block/parry rate. ws is about penetrating enemy defences and damage, not your own defence ;x

Iirc, the difference btw you own ws and the attacker's one enter in the parry/block/evade equation, anyway as paladin is not like your ws would be very impressive tbh.
