Yeah, they're a pretty rare drop from Sebak. Quite nice spear, at least if you're unbuffed. And looks awesome.

Not good, the haste if your stats are correct takes the buffhaste slot, not the celerityhaste slot.


In other words, if you got haste on you from druids (if? no, always ><) the proc is useless.

Im ALMOST positive no toa drops have normal haste, but all have celerity. Only ones Ive seen in all my time doing toa stuff

Depends on speed, if it's a slow fecker it can be amazing.

its standard haste doesnt stack with buff, all celerity procs are 30% haste.
