is there any addon that show who speaks ingame

this esp applies to pug groups that uses VT somtimes u simply dont know who speaks ... but somone said somthing about a addon that would pop up ingame , with name of who was speaking , any clues on what that is ?

Don't know anything like that, however I know that Logitech G-15 keyboard is able to do it so it should be possible to code

Anyone know how? All I managed was to get MSN txt on the LCD.
