Congential heart problem? Sure. Heart failure on a 50 year old who has lived a pretty clean life and always exercised, not that common. Not rare sure but a long way from common.

I'd say more common then on a regular joe pub goer. There's also been quite a lot more strain on that heart.

lol not a chance, alcohol is a heavy contributer in heart disease. As for strain on the heart you will find that very hard to define, a heart that has not been strained at all is a far less healthy organ, heart is muscle after all and healthy muscle is well used muscle.

Yeah i can see why, it's not a movie that will be enough for all.

I can see what the sh*t parts would be, but i kinda ignore it.

I would've liked it more if the setting wasn't what it was(aka some coconut island), as long as it wasn't another desert movie either.

I'm rather tired of movies being set in these places.
