Vampiir's Armor debuff! how does it work?

Can it debuff all parts of an enemies armor or just the ones you have available for targetting through the special pierce styles?

Is the piece debuffed totally random if you cast the debuff twice? IE - if you cast it once and debuff the chest can it upon a further cast debuff the chest again or will it automatically target an armorpiece that hasn't been affected yet?

works by randomly debuffing a part that you can use your targetted styles on - legs, chest and head.
will randomly pick a peice - even if that part has already been debuffed.
i hope thats all answered.
btw it does work on mobs too ;P but you need to check the text as its harder to tell on mobs.
