Fit in Scalars for capped melee damage and speed, and cap your piercing. Missing a two points from +pierce is like missing 10 points from your str/dex caps. You can drop that 11% heat to 9% on your arms as you have 28% heat.

10 str on legs and 18 on feet, can see if you can merge them for 28 on one piece this would free a slot, would use it to put a bit more quickness in or piercing.
