increase in qui and hits a lil as wll as the nice champ wpn

just knocked this up has 101 str/dex nealry capped in all resists and capped quickness, but u lose 4 parry and 6 con an 8 hits toa bonuses are the same, tho i think resists will give u more survivabilty than 2% parry an maybe 40hits
