"I'm sure you'll all be glad to hear that in a message distributed to the dedicated server mailing list, Valve's Alfred Reynolds said that we'll soon be seeing VAC in Source games - like CS: Source.
VAC is coming to Source, and it will be an updated VAC with additional anti-cheat functionality. We're working on this now. -Alfred"

Its become a bit bad in the last few weeks.

I hope they just switch it on without telling anyone. It was funny when they first switched on vac. Loads of people getting kicked off...cheeting gits.

I've seen so many cheaters (mainly on high user German/UK servers like UKCS) with Wallhacks, not seen any Aimbots though, just Wallhacks and Speedcheats.

I hope VAC will also let Valve know which steam accounts to ban.
