what does the new patch do. at the moment u can play on all servers with v1.3 so y do u need it and y is it so big its.

its just a fix for the bugs that came with 1.3, i.e. teleport & "sticky medic". also an alteration to mp_ice - you'll need to new patch to play on 1.31 servers or you get kicked when ice comes on.
