Unzip the demo into your unrealtournament/system folder. Load up UT, bring up the console and type...
"demoplay demoname"
without the quotes, demoname being the file name of the demo.
"demoplay demoname"

If it runs to fast or slow type:
demoplay DEMONAME?timebased
also to view from other peoples eyes (only really works on server demos) type:
demoplay DEMONAME?3rdperson
