...is wrong right? At least thats what I've always found. The anti-twinking code stuff seems to halve/quater the stats on purple armour/weapons.
But what about things like jewellery/bracers/rings? And can the stat boosts (ie. + Strength, + Slashing) on purple gear ever be big enough to justify using it? Whats the decay rate like too? I've never used anything higher than red and it seems to decay at atleast twice the normal rate - expensive...
