Useing reserve during a match?

Hi,
As the Captain of the UDF2.1 team I have 11 members, I'm a fair man and would like all my members to get a chance to play a match as often as possible.

So in one match I have 6 players and 2 reserves, and would like to be able for 2 to drop out at half time and to reserves to join the second half, is this ok and will the be a 3 miniute delay for this to happen.

Yep subs are allowed as long as you tell the admin before the match starts so he knows to wait on the change over at half time
