Usefull RAs for skald in training

My bro is playing with a skald in Exc/Mid and he has limited playtime, so most of his time in game is solo. I've suggested him 1st go for IP (planned his RAs for lvl 50 RvR) so he got FA1. Now I think I gave him bad advice, he rather should have gone for some passive ones 1st and respec by the time he got enough points for IP.

I've used the search feature 1st, but found only lvl 50 skald RAs templates. So I'd like to ask your opinion about what RAs are recommendable for a lvl 30+ skald. He is RR1L6 or 7 atm.

For example, is the following set worth the realm respec?
Augmented Dexterity 2
Augmented Constitution 1
Mastery of Parrying 1
Mastery of Pain 1

Skip Mastery of Parrying and try to get 2 more points for Mastery of Pain 2.
The additional crits are of really good use in PvE.
