They email your password to you, don't they? So not only do you need to know the personal question, but if they have another POP3 account, the passwords / usernames and server info for it..
But Callous you shut up, cause on most sites they e-mail the password to you, so you gotta have the e-mail address yours, but on hotmail.com, they don't send to the blokes e-mail they just ask for the question and display it
All you need to do to takeover someone hotmail and instant message os to know a personal question answer when you got to hotmail login they ask for login, you just have to press forgot my pass, then put their e-mail, and stuff, then they ask for the question
