US support is way better than EU ?

Taken from a US forum, and believe me there are alot of these posts....

Never heard back from Mythic. I also have two appeals out to Mythic for other bad bugs in the game and they NEVER respond. Their support is terrible.

The grass is allways greener on the other side eh' ?

Well atleast they can post there complaints in-game and not get a response..we have to log/tab out and then use some weird webpage made by a blind martian on drug's to not get a response...

You won't get responses for bug reports, period. From GOA or Mythic. Yes, they will look into the bug, but do you really need a response to say that they are following standard proceedures?

well even an automated reply saying smt like "Thank you, we have received your bug report and will be looking into it." Doesn't mean they actually WILL but at least you know your message got through to something as opposed to the blackhole of a system we have now...
