US subscription problems

Tried to log on to my account the other day and got the message: 'Access suspended pending updated billing details'.

So I went to reactivate but when I do that I get the message: 'Access suspended. No play time available' three times and then some server problems message telling me to wait a few minutes and try again.

Has my account been suspended or is it something wrong with the creditcard perhaps?
